Lincoln University welcomes new Alumni and Development Manager Jo Brady to the LincolnConnect team. The appointment is to a newly created position to develop and implement strategies for engagement with the University’s alumni and third revenue generation.
Jo, who commenced duties on 22 September, has extensive experience in the education sector and a broad based skill set covering business development, advancement, marketing, communications, events and project management.
Previous roles have included Marketing and Business Development Management for The Open Polytechinc of New Zealand, Investment Management for the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC), and for the past seven years she has been Director of Development/Community Relations for St Margaret’s College and a key contributor to the school’s rebuild following the 2010/2011 earthquakes where 80% of the campus was lost. She has also served as Deputy Chair on the Christchurch Boys’ High School board for five years.
Jo is passionate about education and the transformational impact it has on people and the world. She is looking forward to contributing to Lincoln’s goals to: Feed the world, Protect the future and Live well.
